This super kiddo has a history of seizures and has a G-tube so he wants a nurse who can make sure that he gets top notch care. His family is looking for someone between the hours of 2pm-10pm Saturday and Sunday

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 2pm-10pm

Starting at 29$ per Hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with activities and personal care
• Assist in providing a safe environment for clients
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• 1 year G- tube experience preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Valid LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR Certification
• Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
